Our Work
Real experiences we've created for Dublin's active retirees
Marlay Park Loop Programme
Launched a weekly 8-week guided walk programme through Marlay Park's main loop. We worked with 24 participants aged 65-82, creating stop points for local history talks about the estate's heritage and wildlife spotting stations.

Kilmashogue Woodland Trails
Developed four accessible forest routes with varying difficulty levels, from gentle 2km loops to more challenging 5km woodland explorations. Trained guides on terrain assessment and created safety briefing protocols.

Park-Based Movement Classes
Established twice-weekly outdoor fitness sessions combining gentle movement, balance work, and social connection. Groups of 6-10 participants meet for 45-minute sessions with trained instructors who modify exercises on the spot.
2 sessions weekly • 6-10 per group • Ongoing
Wildlife & Photography Workshops
Ran seasonal workshops teaching participants to identify local birds, plants, and insects whilst improving their nature photography skills. Five sessions across spring and summer introduced over 30 enthusiasts to field guides and camera techniques.
